Intervention threshold
Step into a technical decision when being wrong would be costly and hard to reverse (one-way doors, safety, security, data integrity, customer impact in flight). Stay out when it is reversible and owning the outcome teaches more than the correction would. Apply the threshold consistently, and intervene by raising what was missed rather than by overriding.
